Body clock


Lately, I notice myself changing especially my sleep. Sleep is very essential in our life, it keeps us active throughout the day and it should never be deprived. Last time I sleep around 10 pm to 5am but now I sleep every 12 am or 1 am 'til 11 am and it's very unhealthy for me. 

I guess I need to discipline myself and cut down some internet activities and focus on my health instead.
