ルさん　　　：　Sushi or sashimi would be fine.
　　　　　　　　お寿司かお刺身がいいわね。


ご主人　　　：　I remember the last time
　　　　　　　　I came to Japan 20 years ago.
　　　　　　 　 It was Tskiji fish market in Tokyo
　　　　　　　　when I first tried to eat raw fish.
　　　　　　　　２０年前を思い出すよ。
　　　　　　　　あれは、東京の築地だったな。
　　　　　　　　初めて刺身を食べたんだ。


ゴタ　　　　：　Then let's reappear the scene today.

　　　　　　　　in Osaka here and not at Tsukiji market

ご主人 　　：　Oh do you have one in Osaka ?

               It's a ordinary one for ordinary people.

               とにかく、一般の人が行く普通の市場です。

ルさん 　 ：　You ? We'll invite you.
　　　　　　　Please order 6 bowl.
　　　　　　　あなたは？　招待するわよ。
　　　　　　　６つ注文なさいな。

　　　　海鮮親子丼が、６つ。
　　　　その後も、どんどん鮮魚をお買い上げ。
　　　　その場で、捌いて、テーブルに運んでくれます。

　　　　山田は食べるのに、忙しい。

レオさん　　：　Go ahead with theses, Mr. Yamada.
　　　　　　　　山田はん、これ食べてや。

　　　　テーブルの上には、ホタテ、まぐろ、いか。
　　　　あと、英語で言えず、もごもご言っていたサザエ。今はOK
　
　　　　サザエの壺焼きは、a top shell cooked in its own shell

　　　　ただし、今頃、言えても、　時遅し。
