昨日は、料亭に行きました。食べ物は異なった。ｗ食品の中で最も好きではありませんでした。＞＜しかし、日本のコメが好きだった。＾＾箸を使用していました。改善しています！

Yesterday I went to a Japanese restaurant. The food was different. Lol. I didn't like most of the food. >< However, I did like the Japanese rice. ^^ I used chopsticks. I'm getting better at it!

There was a big earthquake in Nagano prefecture in central Japan last night. 39 persons was injured, and a completely destroyed house was 7 house.

Today's Gon
I helped the uncle who make Takuan-zuke today. Takuan-zuke is a pickle and is referred to as daikon radish preserved in rice-bran and salt.

We eat a bamboo shoots in the Japan. That is not a bamboo, but bamboo shoots(We call it "TAKENOKO-竹の子") which are growing now from the ground. That is about 20cm from the ground. We harvest it in the morning and we remove the pell. after that, we remove lye by soaking it in a liquid of sodium bicarbonate which came to the boil. After that, we cook it with soy sauce and dry bonito by boil.It is a Japanese dish of this time! What's your recommendation?
